The Details

We’re so excited to host your celebration at The Wonder Workshop. To help your event run smoothly, here are a few important details to keep in mind.

90-Minute Private Event

Each private event includes 90 minutes of celebration time.

30 Minutes for Setup

Hosts are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up and get settled before guests arrive. Party decor, balloons and backdrops are welcome.

Please note only painters tape is permitted on the walls to prevent damage.

Extra Time Available

Additional time may be added for $50 per 30 minutes, depending on availability.

Vendors

Outside vendors are welcome. Please let us know ahead of time which vendors you are expecting so we can plan accordingly and determine accommodations.

Outside Food & Drinks

Outside food and drinks are welcome! We provide one 6-foot fold-out table for food and drinks. We recommend bringing a table cover to match your event theme.

Reservation & Booking Confirmation

  • All event bookings must be made in advance.

  • $250 Studio Reservation Fee due at time of booking.

  • Full payment is due at least 7 days prior to your event.

  

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may receive a refund excluding a non-refundable $100 deposit.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event of an illness or hardship, within those 14 days, events can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
